Guidance - Today's Daily Word
There is a gentle stirring within me, a whisper of an idea, that I recognize as divine guidance. Unquestionably, I know that God is my source of good, a constant guiding presence. Uplifted in spirit, I see my way over obstacles that I may have once thought blocked me from realizing my good.
In this higher elevation of divine knowing, I have an overview of the bigger picture. Mountains become molehills, challenges become opportunities, the seemingly impossible becomes possible.
Dedicated to knowing and living the truth, I soar to new heights of understanding and make progress in all areas of my life.
"As an eagle stirs up its nest, and hovers over its young; as it spreads its wings, takes them up, and bears them aloft on its pinions, the Lord alone guided him." --Deuteronomy 32:11-12

Free - Today's Daily Word
I give expression to my inner spiritual light in a way that feels natural to me--by being myself! It requires no effort on my part to be the real me. Authentic living is effortless and liberating.
I accept myself just as I am, just as I was created: a beloved, light-filled expression of Spirit. With a grateful heart, I embrace the qualities God gave me, the special skills and talents that shape my unique experience. By honoring gifts like imagination, creativity, and leadership, I honor God.
Freedom is a state of mind and heart. And even more important, it is the state of my spirit. As my unbounded true self, I am living the life God gave me to live and loving every minute of it!
"If then your whole body is full of light, with no part of it in darkness, it will be as full of light as when a lamp gives you light with its rays."--Luke 11:36
Time for Me - Today's Daily Word
Setting aside some time for myself, I do some creative activity, or I may simply enjoy a peaceful break on my own in the quiet. During this mini-retreat, I am conscious of Spirit within, and the capacity of my heart to contain God's love expands.
I am beloved of God--not for what I do, what I look like, nor what I own. I am beloved because I am a child of God. There are no conditions placed on divine love. The respect I have for myself shows my appreciation for all I've been given--life, health, and abundant supply.
An added bonus of caring for myself is that I actually have more to offer others. So I may follow a time for me by spending time with another, which brings us both a greater awareness of God's love.
"Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children, and live in love, as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us."--Ephesians 5:1-2
Prosperity - Today's Daily Word
As a creation of God, I have an ever-expanding abundance of good in my life. God provides only the best for me, and I trust in the prospering presence and guidance of my Creator.
Eager to move forward to new blessings, I am open and receptive to receiving. Holding a thought of abundance each day offers me a multitude of opportunities to claim prosperity. I expect and accept my good. I take bold, confident steps that speak of my trust in the prospering power of God.
There is no limitation and no lack. I not only recognize the good in life. I also reach out to claim it and to share it with others. Embracing my blessings with thanksgiving, I am enthusiastic about life.
"Those who are attentive to a matter will prosper, and happy are those who trust in the Lord."--Proverbs 16:20
Inside Out - Today's Daily Word
A divine plan of healing is contained within the very atoms of my being. Healing and renewal are constant activities.
In a quiet time of reflection, I concentrate on the ever-renewing life of God within me. Moment by moment, I become more assured of the activity of divine power. I affirm and anticipate the regeneration of mind and body.
I build time into my day and my week for peaceful rest and contemplative reflection. I share love, laughter, and conversation with family and friends.
As my consciousness expands, I embrace life in all its fullness. My mind, body, and soul flourish. Whatever the initially perceived need, with divine guidance, I find fulfillment. From the inside to the outside, I am whole, well, and unlimited.
"He said to her, 'Daughter, your faith has made you well; go in peace, and be healed of your disease.'"--Mark 5:34

Harmony - Today's Daily Word
I welcome opportunities to be a presence of harmony in my environment. I may be the next person to speak with a coworker who has just been overloaded with assignments or a neighbor who has just received a huge utility bill. My hello might be greeted with a look of exasperation. Not taking it personally, I respond with an encouraging smile.
Yet I do take harmony personally, doing whatever I can to encourage and maintain peaceful relations. I offer others compassion, understanding, and reassurance.
No matter what the situation may be, my presence has a harmonizing effect as I give expression to the spirit of God within me. In a spirit of harmony, I continually look for the good in others and recognize that we are all one in Spirit.
"How very good and pleasant it is when kindred live together in unity!"--Psalm 133:1
Let Go, Let God - Today's Daily Word
I may have been taught that the only way to prepare for achievement of a personal goal is to plan a series of steps to success.
On the other hand, I may choose to take a leap of faith into the unknown, letting go of my expectations and letting God reveal unlimited possibilities. I know that with God, all things are possible.
If I seem to stumble along the way, I won't give up on myself. I continue in faith toward the accomplishment of my goals. God is my constant companion on this adventure called life, and if I come upon an obstacle, I turn within for right direction.
Encouraged to keep on keeping on, I learn from each new experience. As God guides me to the fulfillment of my highest good, I receive blessing upon blessing.
"Jesus looked at them and said, 'For mortals it is impossible, but not for God; for God all things are possible.'"--Mark 10:27

Accomplished - Today's Daily Word
It's finished--a success! Perhaps my dream was to complete an important project, to create a beautiful work of art, or to host an outstanding event. Now that it's done, I may ask myself, What's next?
Before I move on to something else, however, I stop and take a cue from Scripture. Following six days of creation, the seventh day represents a day of fulfillment and sacred completion, a time of rest and reflection to honor the work that's been done.
I honor my accomplishments and the successful achievements of others by slowing down and taking time to appreciate and enjoy work in its fulfillment. I take it all in and acknowledge the success, thanking God for the guidance and resources that help my dreams come true.
"So God blessed the seventh day and hallowed it, because on it God rested from all the work that he had done in creation."--Genesis 2:3

As I enter into a quiet time in the silence, all"worry thoughts" slip away. I give thanks that divine love created me and is continually healing me.
As I relax into God's loving presence, any physical or emotional pain is replaced with an encompassing sense of joy that surpasses all understanding. I take a moment to focus on each part of my body, feeling all tension evaporating, knowing that complete restoration is taking place.
Slowly, gently coming back to an awareness of my surroundings, I feel both relaxed and refreshed. I understand that God is enfolding me in unconditional love and acceptance. I affirm what I know is true: Divine love heals and restores me. I am alive, alert, and enthusiastic about life.

Forgive - Today's Daily Word
Yesterday has receded into the mist of the past. With open heart and pure intentions, I am living in the now of today, forgiving and forgiven. Feeling the power and gentleness of Spirit, I am committed to a life of love, meaning, and dedication.
With a broad vision, clear mind, and willing heart, I participate in new beginnings. Nothing can get in the way of my realizing the presence of God. Barriers to understanding are removed."Shoulds" and"coulds" are released. I let go of old, limiting habits and activities and embrace new ones of love, joy, and receptivity to life. With the newness of a day lit by the rising sun, I begin again.
"For a thousand years in your sight are like yesterday when it is past, or like a watch in the night. You sweep them away; they are like a dream, like grass that is renewed in the morning."--Psalm 90:4-5

Aha! - Today's Daily Word
I may have felt amazed when, after feeling lost in a fog of confusion, I suddenly saw my right path become clear. Or I may be more than a bit astonished when a spontaneous, inner prompting offers a refreshing solution when I had thought there was none.
These"aha" moments are blessings that bring enlightenment--bright ideas, innovative methods. These seemingly unexplainable moments of inspiration are times when--even for a second--I have gotten my own limited thinking out of the way. I've made room for divine ideas to flow into my mind and be expressed in my life. I take a deep breath and release it in a joyful"Thank You, God, for the gifts of new opportunities."

Comfort - Today's Daily Word
Wherever I am, whatever the situation may be, I am not meant to go it alone. The love of God is present within me, upholding and sustaining me.
At any time I begin to feel even a bit anxious, I close my eyes and take a deep breath. I center my thoughts on the indwelling presence of divine love. I give myself a few moments to truly know how it feels to be loved unconditionally.
In the love of God, I am comforted and strengthened, calm and assured. Realizing that what I receive I can also give, I am divine love and strength in expression toward others. I am comforted, and I comfort others. These divine attributes and resources are mine, for I am a beloved creation of God.
"I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my victorious right hand."--Isaiah 41:10

Making a Difference - Today's Daily Word
I appreciate and give thanks for the many people who have touched my life. They have made a difference in the direction my path has taken. Through their words and actions, friends, teachers, family members, even strangers have enriched my life and provided me with models to emulate.
The gift of such exemplary people has blessed me and encouraged me to be mindful of the ways I impact the lives of those around me. How I speak and behave in the presence of both children and adults can be a positive influence. I contribute to a better day and a brighter world for all.
My prayer-filled thoughts, the words I speak, and the gifts of kindness I give are small steps. Combined with those of others, they contribute to an expanding consciousness of divine possibilities for our world.

World Peace - Today's Daily Word
With hearts united in love, we bless our world and envision peace for all people.
There is a new world continually unfolding, and each day is one of renewed faith. With God as our all-knowing, ever-present partner, we act on divine guidance to further world peace.
One by one, right where we are, we take individual peace-centered actions that create a convergence of harmony. We are patient in traffic or in customer waiting lines. We are understanding of one another's feelings. We listen before offering our own input and suggestions. We contribute our time or material gifts to those in need of assistance. Each thought, word, and action is a demonstration of peace and harmony.
Throughout the world, with like-minded hearts and souls, we link our prayers and love to bless all people of the world.
"While they were talking about this, Jesus himself stood among them and said to them, 'Peace be with you.'"--Luke 24:36

Faith - Today's Daily Word
Thank God for this divine-outcome day!
As I exercise my physical muscles, I strengthen them. As I use my mental skills, I increase them. The same is true concerning my faith. The more I use it, the more it is strengthened, the more it increases.
And it is with faith that I set free my expectations of blessings, so they are not limited. I pray. I envision magnificent possibilities. All things good expand and rise naturally to meet and often exceed my expectations as I continue to know and affirm my faith in God.
I also spend time in environments and with people who offer positive support and encourage healthful practices and activities. I have an expanding, understanding faith in God. This is a divine-outcome day!
"All the paths of the Lord are steadfast love and faithfulness, for those who keep his covenant and his decrees."--Psalm 25:10
Inner Peace -Today's Daily Word
With so much focus in the world on human nature, I realize how important it is to reflect on the sacred nature.
To build on my awareness of the holy Presence, I turn within to the sanctuary of my soul and spend time in silent meditation. I begin by imagining that I am relaxing before the hearth of a winter's evening fire. Through a window, I see sparkling, ivory snowflakes falling silently. All is hushed; all is still.
In the stillness of my inner sanctuary, I am immersed in the presence of the Christ. Serenity is mine in this very moment, because the indwelling Christ is my source of tranquility. Here and now, I acknowledge that I am a sacred being.
Immersed in the Christ, I am more than at peace and serene. I am peace and serenity.
"And have them make me a sanctuary, so that I may dwell among them."--Exodus 25:

Protected - Today's Daily Word
My own well-being is about more than just what I myself contribute. I live in a world in which others are a source of food, transportation, health care, and safety.
Knowing this is so, I pray a prayer of inclusion, knowing that others, as well as myself, further my well-being at home, far away, and all places in between.
Thank God for all those who plan for, supply, or prepare nutritious food, pure water, abundant energy, safe travel, clean streets, and so much more. Remembering them in my prayers, I envision them in an environment that is peaceful and secure at all times.
I thank God for wisdom that guides us and love that inspires us to bless one another.
"I thank my God every time I remember you, constantly praying with joy in every one of my prayers for all of you, because of your sharing in the gospel from the first day until now."--Philippians 1:3-5
Shine - Today's Daily Word
Looking in a mirror or walking past a storefront window, I may notice that my physical appearance is offering me clues to what I'm thinking and, therefore, feeling.
If I am in a slump emotionally, I may see that reflected in my posture and remind myself that my body holds within it the spirit of God. Shining with the awareness of a spiritual being, I just naturally sit straighter, stand taller, and walk more confidently.
Most days, I see people I know personally, those I recognize only as familiar, and those I have never met before. We all, however, share a sacred kinship. Letting our own inner spiritual light shine energizes and enhances us. It radiates out to remind others to let their inner light shine brightly.
"In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father in heaven."--Matthew 5:16

Grace - Today's Daily Word
By the grace of God, I am a blessing and I am blessed. I realize this to a greater degree when, for some unknown reason, I feel an urgency to call a loved one at the moment this person needs comforting. Or I may have seemingly lost a purse or a wallet only to have it returned to me by a considerate, caring person.
Divine grace is expressing through me and for me in known and unknown ways. My days are filled with blessings. Some I may take for granted, and some may come to me so quietly that I am not alert to them.
I never miss out on anything in life when I am aware that God is blessing me with an outpouring of divine love.
"But I am like a green olive tree in the house of God. I trust in the steadfast love of God forever and ever."--Psalm 52:8

Perfect - Today's Daily Word
I have fulfilling work to do that is an absolutely perfect fit for me. It may be my present job or a new one, a paid position or one in which I serve as a volunteer.
Whatever I do, I am appreciated and valued for my time and talents. As a paid employee or volunteer, I have more than enough to feed, clothe, shelter, and otherwise care for myself and my loved ones.
I remember that the young people in my life also need to be appreciated and valued. Like adults, they are fulfilled in making meaningful contributions to our world, and I encourage them towards success.
I give thanks for the great variety of jobs in the world and the people who perform them. There is a purpose for it all, and I know that my purpose is always being revealed.
"My purpose shall stand, and I will fulfill my intention."--Isaiah 46:10

Courage - Today's Daily Word
Often the media is focused on the problems of the day or warnings of trouble to come. In the world at-large, there appear to be huge hurdles to surmount.
Yet I put fear aside when I turn my attention--mind, heart, and soul--toward the reality of the spirit of God in my life and in the world. Spirit is present within me and every person, every country and situation.
Through the strength and wisdom of God within me and expressing as me, I am courageous. In faith-filled ways, I follow inner guidance. I resolve challenges with enthusiasm and accept opportunities with heartfelt appreciation.
Trusting in God, I give myself wholeheartedly to life, and I am blessed.
"I have said this to you, so that in me you may have peace. In the world you face persecution. But take courage; I have conquered the world!"--John 16:33
